Military, politicians at the federal and state level, and government space people are to use the military bank. Money earned is never to be halted.
If you are military, politician or a government space person and no longer want to partake, 5% annual signing bonus for leaving. Payment as soon as leaving premises.
2% of each nations GDP into international pool
-pays for all government military and space spending
-maintaining Universal Software
-Positioning satellites
Personnel Allocations
-Maximum of 30% administration to overall military and overall space program, as well as each installation
-Maximum .33% military/space for each nation compared to population, International Recruiting
-Minimum of 2% of .33% space/science for each nation, International Recruiting
-Maximum of 5x highest salary to lowest salary in a nations military and space
-Pay the same across all nations military, pay the same across all nations space
Clarification on what is decent behavior around Orange Guy: In general keep a 20ft walking space, exceptions of course in close quarters. Prefer quiet over noise; such as talking or loud cars or planes sent nearby/overhead. Anywhere where Orange Guy is, is a no fly zone by several miles. Absolutely do not touch. Pink people parading is unnecessary and often unethical. Orange Guy will approach you if he wants to talk, otherwise he doesn’t. Do not interfere with what Orange Guy is doing like blocking lanes at the pool. Do not point a camera, including cell phone cameras, at Orange Guy.
Military: Sending people and Instigating what is not decent behavior around Orange Guy will get you killed.
Blue: Driving by with a suppression device will get you killed.
Standing Orders (Updated July 2)
Make Level 1 Universal Software available to all qualified Military and Space personnel. If you are unsure who is qualified, ask.
Have all leadership and troops work on personal values daily
Free all Orange troops from jail
Disable all users from turning suppression devices on
Leadership needs to establish at least one contact in every other nation
Establish freedom of the news so they can cover what is actually happening
Release Blue Companies once all suppression devices destroyed
Eliminate all leadership that did not sign agreement to follow Orange Guy orders only
Eliminate all who are turning on suppression devices
Catch remaining instigators encouraging suppression devices being turned on
Create and continue a campaign about the toxicity of suppression devices
Create and maintain campaign so that all leadership and soldiers know about my website and youtube channel
Create and recognize 1948 Palestine borders by all nations
Put Ukraine borders back to 2010
For all remaining border disputes: take a poll of what nation the local townspeople consider themselves as, adjust border accordingly.

All unwanted U.S. International bases are to be disbanded. All funding blocked from rebuilding or base expenses. Only funding allowed for people wages there.
