Here are some bits to consider that may help with approach.
Perception
(6/11/26) How it shifts your reality
One recurring issue I’ve had through the endeavor is people creating problems for me, even after being warned. The most baffling incident is when my phones were stolen in the Philippines. How could one come to the conclusion of stealing those phones that have 10,000+ watching and listening where they are? Surely you know the consequences? (They dead.) The answer is; perception is ones reality. The phones look like regular phones, appear to work like regular phones, but in fact do not work like regular phones. Quite a bit of my electronic stuff is like that now. The retards do not seem to grasp that. Same when I go to the lake. It looks like only 1 in the car to get there, looks like no crowd at the lake surrounding him, thus must not be popular. Popularity is a verifier of authority, so he must have no authority.
Adults choosing partners for sex
(6/9/26) How to choose a Pink
People wanting to have sex is normal. One always want a partner that is ready and willing when having sex. A ready and willing partner will be a better sexual encounter and the partner will be more pleased. You never want a sexual partner that is not interested. They will be negatively affected when you have sex with them. Good people don’t purposely negative affect others. If you are in unsure situation; simply ask the potential partner if they are interested in having sex. If you have a spouse that is continually uninterested in sex; then ask the spouse what would make them more interested. If the spouse is still continually uninterested, find another spouse. That way you keep your integrity intact by not having sex with a partner that is uninterested. Integrity is a personal value that you should always work to keep intact.
Pink Children
(6/9/26) What is appropriate
The Pink Children regularly paraded in front of me has brought awareness of people viewing children in a sexual way. Its a taboo topic that none can talk about. So instead here are guidelines on appropriate behavior. The reason it is not appropriate to touch children in a sexual way is because it will negatively affect them mentally the rest of their life. Good people do not purposely negatively affect others. So if you are touching children in a sexual way that will negatively affect them, you are not a good person. What if you are attracted to children? Can you look? You can look (within reason). Do not make them uncomfortable as that is negatively affecting them. When the children are touched in a sexual way, their outlook on life becomes broken. It is better to keep them safe and be a Good person.
Clean Fresh water supply
(6/7/26) Always worth extra work
Keeping water clean is always worth the extra work involved. You always lose when there is dirty water and you cannot lose when there is clean water. For keeping your well water clean: Contaminants from fecal matter and vehicles can and will wash down the side of the casing on a drilled well without extra precaution of keeping the area clean. Use charcoal methods around the casing when in doubt. Contaminants will also spill into a dug well without a raised lip from ground level and using clean extraction methods. The ground filters water, but nearby latrines can contaminate a well if positioned too close. 100ft away is a place to start. Whenever a river is used for waste disposal, everyone below the disposal site receives the negative effects. Industrial, human and agricultural contaminants kill off the river growth and fish. Now the people down below have dirty water to use, can’t safely drink it, and no fish. Clean lakes and rivers gives swimming, fishing, wildlife watching and sense of security. What does a dirty river give you? No benefits.
Flash flooding
(6/7/26) How to benefit
Flash flooding happens generally in dry areas where heavy amounts of rain collect on the ground surface with insufficient absorption and disposal. Some key factors to consider are nearby slopes, vegetation and collection points. The difference between a dry mountain and one that has a mountain stream is the quantity of water in the soil. If you have a dry hill with water rushing down it fast, there is no time for soil absorption. Build swales (sturdy rock walls) in the gullys (the low points) to slow water movement and increase absorption. This will also increase vegetation. Clear cut and overgrazed areas are much more likely to flood than treed areas because vegetation absorbs lots of water. Carved out low lying areas are water collection points. Collection points give the ground more time to absorb water. The collection point may become a pond depending on soil quality (clay content) though at minimal it will raise groundwater level. Raising and maintaining groundwater level helps keep wells producing water. Dried ground is more compact then wet. Cities sink because the water table lowers over time. They draw water out but do not put it back in the ground. In other words you can’t lose in a flash flooding area putting more water in the ground.
Disputing with spouse
(5/27/26) How far is too far
So lets say you had a disagreement with your spouse/friend/family. You both kept escalating the disagreement until it became a dispute. At one point in the dispute, one person fully stops and submits. The other claims victory. If you are the one claiming victory, you did not win. Your opponent now has building resentment which will be pointed at you at a later date. If you are having disagreements that often escalates into disputes, look to gain more wisdom on the topic before arguing. The more perspectives you can see, the less likely your disagreement will become a dispute.
How to be a good person
(5/18/26) Always put in effort
Whenever a person reflects back on their life and thinks of something they could have done better, that is just simply fuel for personal growth. Each individual makes mistakes and mishaps throughout a lifetime. To become a better person one needs to learn from those mistakes and apply themselves to improvement for the next time. People negatively affect each other all the time. A good person actively works towards not doing the same the next time. A bad person purposely negatively affects others for their own personal gain.
Leadership Legitimacy
(5/9/26) Unimportance of a title
Through world history there is a succession of kings, emperors, presidents, pharaohs and so forth. The best selected the legitimate leader is based on actions; not on words, title or lineage. That why ‘leaders’ of the past that gained the position by title or lineage, but take improper actions, often get ousted or killed. If a groomed and properly experienced heir gains a throne, things can go well. This is not the common scenario. More common is the heir does not have the same values because they were coddled and isolated. This is why it is important to promote individuals by actions taken rather than next in line.
Roles of a Man and Women
(5/3/26) Influence on Behavior
Gender roles are about what is is to be a man or ‘masculine’ and what is it to be a woman ‘feminine’. In the era of hunting a creature and flinging stones to kill it, gender roles make perfect sense. There was probably exceptions in the far gone past, but a man generally has larger muscles and is faster by evolution. So for a man to hunt it was simply putting more odds in favor of getting food. In the modern era gender roles are psychologically limiting. A boy or man may refuse to bake because ‘that’s what women do’ as a girl or women may refuse to use hand tools as ‘that’s what men do’. In both roles there is not physical limitations on what gender would be better at what, only cultural limitations. Childhood is likely the important defining time in which gender roles are defined. Have the child try it all, they will probably prefer one activity over another. That’s part of what makes an individual unique.
Convenience and Behavior
(4/23/26) Options vs Necessity
When one has lots of options, you can and should use convenience to alter behavior. For example if there is frozen fruit in the freezer at home and ice cream requires a trip to the store, you will inevitably munch on frozen fruit. If you have a sun hat readily available and nice walking shoes you are much more likely to go for walk on a sunny day than if your shoes create blisters and have no sun hat. Keep in mind in that scenario there are macro bits to consider like whether or not you live in a safe walking area. When one has less options, use the behavior to alter convenience. I have done 100+ operating system installs on my pc in the last year. Mostly born out of necessity as the retards would break it. I made reinstalling an operating system on my pc more convenient since not doing so is not practical. I have dedicated flash drives for the install, a docking station nicely available and extra hard drives in caddies ready to exchange. This increased efficiency on the ‘necessity’, freeing time and frustration of inconvenience.
Enabling a population
(4/19/26) No benefit to suppression
For a country’s leadership, the only benefit to suppressing a population is the appearance and illusion of control. Controlling a population always leads to resentment and slows innovation. Fear and stress created by control compounded enough eventually lead to revolution that overthrows the leadership. Since an illusion is not a benefit, there is no benefit to suppression. There is lots of benefit to leadership by enabling a population including emotional support, financial support, and improved innovation. Enabling a population is done by; fair tax rates based on income, accessible healthcare, removal of suppression laws, and transparent government. Enabling will create a reduction in stress and fear, thus will inevitably lead to better decisions made by the population.
Disconnected leadership
(4/19/26) How it comes about
It seems like often by the time a person makes it to a leadership position of speaker, they have become disconnected from reality. There are 2 parts to create that disconnect. I have experience with the first one, which is everyone around them is staged. When walking in a store for example, there is nearly zero ‘natural’ flow to the things happening. It’s like living in a movie set. If one perceives that as ‘normal’, than it is to them. The second part is inability to sense or ‘read’ the staged people around them. If spoken to, the staged person may not tell the whole truth wanting to be agreeable or maybe feels threatened and lies. The end result is hardly a straight answer. Mostly there are clues if one is perceptive enough to look around the set. The speakers that are disconnected from reality don’t have that perception. The bubble they live in has formed a different reality.
Accepting Failures
(4/16/26) It’s part of success
Through my life I’ve often been attracted to projects that are fairly daunting to the uninitiated. Part of doing those projects helps build a self-confidence and ability to overcome obstacles. Part of those projects is accepting what some call failures, I view as more limited success. An example of a ‘failure’ but is really a limited success is my wooden primitive bow attempts. I think I have 2 as an adult with no bow to show for it, both cracked on initial bending if I recall. That’s not going to stop me from trying again at some point in the future. I need to learn more about wood type chosen, grain to look for and other tips that I simply don’t know. So part of the success is understanding why the other other versions didn’t work. Once applying more knowledge I’m closer to making something that can work. Sometimes the motivation for trying again is practical purposes, other times its because I simply don’t like to get beat. So even though I have no bow, I am a more experienced bow-builder than if I had not tried at all.
Primitive Human Waste Disposal
(4/12/26) Methods that do work
For the beginnings of a healthy population it is absolutely needed to keep human waste out of nearby water-bodies. The 3 primitive methods that seem to work are dehydration, composting, and algae growth. The dehydration method generally utilizes the sun to evaporate water content and kill off bacteria. It can be accomplished with greenhouse type of methods or more rudimentary in a hot climate. Composting may be the most accessible method as the composting material can be any dry, dead organic material. You can use anything from sawdust to crushed leaves to shredded weeds. Most composting piles need added water, but in human waste composting the water content comes from the waste itself. Composting isn’t as temperature sensitive because the method generates heat. Make sure to layer in the dried material to promote faster breakdown. Algae growth can work if the temperature of the ground is warm enough. I think partly how the lagoons work in northern Alaska is the hot summer sun promoting waste breakdown and algae growth, as they are stationed on permafrost.
Human Waste Disposal
(4/12/26) Methods that don’t work
Often the first thing in recognizing what works is understanding what doesn’t work. Here are the three worst methods I can think of. First one is read in a book for early 1900’s U.S. in which fields are directly irrigated with untreated human waste. If I understand correct the consumable plants in farming can actually remove the human contaminants from the provided water while growing. Its not possible for those same plants to be clean on the outside. Bacteria like e-coli and salmonella are not fully removed by washing with water alone. The second method I’ve experienced firsthand; there is a nicely welded aluminum outhouse in the State Park in Alaska. They collect the human waste in a drum with no dehydration method. It was absolutely chocked full of maggots. The solution for the drum is to intermittently cover it, fly it out with a helicopter and replace. The third worst is an outhouse positioned directly over a river. While for that particular village it may appear more sanitary, it contaminates the river for all people positioned downstream. Excessive waste in a water body breeds algae that chokes out the plant-life the fish feed and breed with. The outhouses are a major contributing factor for killing off the fish swimming upstream.
Human, Animal and Industrial Waste
(4/12/26) Care is always needed
Human waste (urine and poop) are a taboo subject. Though its not really appealing to talk about, waste management in communities are vital to keeping them healthy. All the different waste management systems have the same eventual goal: turn the waste back into water and dirt. The expense of the system generally is about the speed and safety in which that process is done. Major disease outbreaks are often attributed to waste management issues, as bacteria or poisons have made their way into the fresh water supply or coated the food. Carnivore waste is often worse than herbivore waste, thus there is more effort and time needed to break it down. Industrial has even larger detrimental effects. Every large city started with a clean fresh water supply, it could not exist without it. Continual introduction of industrial, human and animal contaminants is what kills off the local plant and fish population, makes the water unsafe to consume, as well as unsafe to bath/swim in. Removing introduction of those contaminants are key to keep fresh water supplies clean. To keep clean water; Industrial, human and animal waste are always worth the extra time, effort and expense.
Resistance to indoctrination
(4/10/26) Building people
Some of the very beginnings of indoctrination is propaganda. Propaganda often gives sense of purpose within a group or entity, while making its ideals more black and white than they truly are. I was once told that in any piece of propaganda there are 33% that immediately believe it, 33% undecided, and 33% that don’t believe it. As a world statistic that may not be too far off. Resistance to propaganda and indoctrination can be found in an individual’s sense of security. Empathy and conscious thought are the leaders in what help people that feel secure about what is reasonable and what is not reasonable behavior. A secure person will not accept propaganda verbatim and cannot be fully indoctrinated. Empathy and conscious thought are removed from fully indoctrinated people. Building people is paramount for a safe and secure present and future.
How to make broken robots
(4/10/26) Selection for indoctrination
Child armys are built the same way the Nazi army was and the same as Marilyn Manson’s henchwomen and the same as the Crusaders. All were/are indoctrinated. The selection process involves finding insecure people then re-enforcing and restating a set of beliefs until the group people believe it. People often seek relief from the anxiety of not having a sense of purpose and the indoctrination offers that. The instilled beliefs always have false logic, which is why they need to be continually re-enforced. Isolation and control from contradiction of those beliefs is a major part of retaining indoctrination. Fully indoctrinated people can no longer use conscious thought that conflicts with those ingrained beliefs. So if one repeats and re-enforces a set of beliefs, removes dissenters, and give a false sense of purpose; you now have what used to be people but are now broken robots.
Recycling Money
(4/8/26) Getting it moving
There is a money theory by Gary Stevenson on which I tend to agree with. Basically in an economy money has the tendency to accrue with the wealthiest because once one gets to a sizable enough quantity, it tends to grow into more through passive investments. So the top keeps accruing without necessarily trying very hard at a certain level of assets. In an overall economy, money movement slows down from the accumulation issue. The lowest income brackets basically never have that issue, they spend earned income. The standard fix for money slowdown is to sell some government bonds, create more money, then spend it. That works for a bit on stimulating the economy to get money moving, until it accumulates at the top again. Each time the cycle repeats, it has the tendency to devalue the currency a little bit and create economic turmoil. This negatively affects the lowest income brackets the most. If the wealthiest and large corporations are reasonably taxed, the stuck money from accumulation becomes unstuck. The government spends the income without issuing as many new bonds and creating more money. The lowest income bracket will continue spending it all. Money moves more fluidly than in cycles that way.
Military Controllers
(4/7/26) Dark Green pointlessness
The idea of a territory holding a standing army is to defend from suppression and conquest of another territory. It isn’t to suppress and control its own population as Dark Green does. Every revolution is history likely has this reoccurring theme as an instigator. There is no value to Dark Green in a country, as that same country could just not have a standing army at all. Then just accept whatever the next invader is for controllers. This is an example of how evil is illogical. Dark Green actually creates its own disposability through broken logic and indoctrination. A standing army in any country is meant to protect and enable the citizens. As disabling breeds resentment, enabling breeds gratitude. That’s the basis of my popularity, being an enabler.
Control over a population
(4/7/26) Only works temporarily
Lets call this the definition of control; gaining compliance by force. The opposite of that has no individual word but might be described as voluntary compliance. Through millennia different leaders have gained control over populations. All the empires did the same thing; examples such as the Roman Empire, Ottoman Empire, Mongolian Empire, British Empire, Spanish Empire and German Empire. They all involved a physical territorial expansion first. The only way to keep the territory was control and suppression of the general population. Control will always breed resentment. The resentment builds to a climax where the population does not feel like it has other options. Eventually the controlled population has had enough and breaks free through violent or non-violent means with help from allies or just themselves.
Fixing cultural issues with laws
(4/7/26) It can’t be done
There are too many examples for trying to fix cultural issues with laws, so I’ll pick game management as an example. Often when a place is confronted with an over-harvesting of game or fish there are laws put in place to limit the consumption. This is always ineffective with people management. The irresponsible people that have no issue with over-consuming are going to do it anyways. The responsible people that would voluntarily decrease consumption to retain the wildlife population are now resentful of the newly instituted controls of time and quantity. It is much better if the people as a whole value the wildlife populations more and have fair overall management laws that work as guidelines. Then the energy that went into enforcing the petty controls can be instead put into helping the wildlife grow faster.
Zero Sum Believers
(4/7/26) A false conclusion
I’ve come across Zero Sum believers in my lifetime quite a bit. Basically its this ingrained belief; If someone else has more, I must have less. The belief inevitably guides ones actions in daily life as well as business and politics. It’s a counterproductive belief in that if one spends more time cutting down opponents, then by default they are spending less time building up themselves. There is nearly no benefit from belittling others, but there is almost always personal benefit from growing yourself. A Zero Sum believer’s base viewpoint is that all the limits have been hit, which is false because the most important things have no limits. There is no limit to things such as wisdom, integrity, efficiency, likability, intelligence and personal strength.
Conditioning for violence
(4/6/26) Built into daily routine
I can tell you from personal experience that one of the conditions for violence is antagonizing inputs that one cannot stop. That is the environment that bullies create. That’s happened twice in my life. In public school and then reoccurring with the military currently. In public school I did not know what to do. As an adult with significantly more wisdom, I have done and continue to do the only thing reasonable; fight back. People that feel stuck at a job may also feel similar. Another condition is the ‘normalization’ of violence as it becomes seemingly routine. This is done regularly in the U.S. through movies, books and games as the most popular ones have violence in. While playing an efficiency Robyn found that involves cooking, violence is out of sight and out of mind. While playing a shooting game on my pc, the opposing ‘bots’ are actually military shitbags that hacked the game. I’m ecstatic when they die in the game and real life.
School Shootings
(4/6/26) People are individuals
Over time public school in the U.S. has been less about education and more about control and indoctrination. A ‘good student’ is one that never acts out, does not have contrasting independent thoughts on the curriculum, and continually memorizes material parroted to them. Some students fit that model well, the ones that don’t build a resentment to the conformity. A typical school shooter doesn’t fit into the mold and sees no way out. The resentment for the shooter builds into a crescendo. That gets combined with a misdirection of accountability. Someone is to blame for the resentment. Its much easier to process mentally a scapegoat, than to observe the entire picture is wrong. Very few adults with openly admit something is wrong with public school. Acknowledgment something is wrong is the first step to healing. The shooters can’t get to the first step. Combine the resentment and blame with cultural violence; the result is a school shooting.
Recurring theme of military
(4/5/26) Why they have often ended up broken
Before idea of a standing professional army was part timers for an army. The base idea of a territory retaining a standing army is to have permanent and well trained defense. Given enough time and broken cultural values, it often changes to offense. The reason why is Dark Green. Dark Green are ‘leaders’ in a broken military that outpace the decent leaders in ranking, often by ruthless means. They are fully indoctrinated and hellbent on the idea of conquest and control. They heavily influence politics in order to get a larger budget for more weaponry and people. This is how to U.S. made it to about 10-15% of annual budget in ‘defense’ with a felon elected for President in 2024. They are always proponents of expansionist policies by subjugation and domination. Many countries have a similar issue with Dark Green creating issues for the country’s population and neighbors. The real fix is a functional mechanism within all military is to remove irresponsible and improper ‘leaders’. The current mechanisms look like they work on paper, but don’t in real life. This is how The Story came to be.
‘Conquering’ in a different light
(4/4/26)Rise of the Orange Guy
Previously I wrote about why traditional conquering doesn’t really work. It looks nice on a map and its instigators are often heralded as victors. In the nitty gritty though, the people the people are subjugated by suppression and constantly fight back. The Orange Guy version of ‘conquering’ has never been done before, thus not truly understood. Basically the people in many countries have chosen me first, then the physical territory expansion will follow. As there is already a consensus, the people aren’t fighting back. I am however constantly fighting against Dark Green (shitty controllers on top of military) projecting their insecurities worldwide. This has only made me gain traction in countries, as Dark Green was suppressing its own population. Its an odd loop that the fools brought upon themselves. I’ve not actively pursued this endeavor, as much as it was chosen for me. I’ve been fending them off for well over a year now while keeping options open. The end result will be much bigger and more stable than was ever done before.
Major Inputs you cannot control
(4/1/26) How to work with them
It’s common for springtime backcountry skiers to wake up early in the morning, start ascending a mountain before sunrise, then descend sometime in the morning. For ascent and decent on the slopes the snow pack is most stable at that time of the day The major input the skiers cannot control is the temperature rising through the day from the sun. I’ve seen concrete foundations being installed in Alaska in wintertime. The builders are working directly against the major input of the cold. It only increases the expense of the foundation and results with a lesser quality product, as concrete curing and cold don’t belong together. Its always more practical to take a look around at major inputs you cannot control and see if you can utilize them instead. For example I’ve moved a small building on really soft ground in winter before, as it was the best time to access the structure with frozen ground. A great time to plant seed/bush/tree is on or during a forecast of moderate rain for the week. The major inputs are not always weather, they can be other factors. They can things such as time, physical ability or mental ability. Work on finding ways to compliment the inputs rather than fighting directly against them.
Backpacking Sleeping Pad
(3/31/26) Insulating from the ground
When deciding how much insulation you need from the cold when backpacking or camping, a sleeping bag is not the only piece to consider. Sleeping pads are paramount in cold weather climate for keeping one warm. In summer time Alaska where the ground is 60-70f, I found a sleeping bag rated R2 is minimal. In wintertime on the snow or ice, R4 rating is minimal. I like to stack 2 pads for redundancy, as I have lost a pad before. If one has insufficient insulation from the ground, it will steal body heat the entire night, as well as allow moisture to condense on the underside of the bag. By sleeping warm at night, your muscles heal faster from the previous days exertion.
Backpacking Sleeping Bag
(3/31/26) Tips and tricks
Having used the rectangle bags, I can tell you a mummy type bag is best. Rectangle bags can collect more moisture if the flap is over your head. This doesn’t matter as much in warmer climates. A down or synthetic bag both work well in more moderate temperatures. In more extreme cold temperatures,a goose down sleeping bag works best. If you have 2 light mummy bags, you can always put one inside the other. Try to get ones with matching zipper sides. I do that often with a synthetic bag working as a liner inside a down bag. That way the synthetic bag catches the water wicking from the body at night, it can be removed and dried the next day while the down stays dry all the time. Pick a sleeping bag with 10 degrees stronger rating than your coldest expected camping temperature.
Decisions, Routine and Stress
(3/27/26) How they intertwine
There is such thing as decision fatigue. Basically after ones made a bunch of decisions they start to get tired. This is why a healthy routine is important. Once you have a healthy routine in place, there are less decisions being made, thus less fatiguing. More decisions is an antonym with making good decisions. A healthy routine may include eating a good breakfast and a run in the morning, or it may be a workout after work. Physical fitness, a good diet, and routine will help you have more energy through the day as well as feel better about yourself. This will also help you make less decisions, though more importantly, better ones. Poor people generally have high stress combined with less routine, thus their decisions are often sub-par. This is often initially self-imposed as they know no better way of doing things. Once in the mess though, its very difficult to get out.
Neck Disformation and Screens
(3/24/26) How to balance
One of the many downsides of the smart phone era is the way one commonly looks at the screen. Often phone is held about waist high and head is bent down looking at it. Anyone I’ve seen with significant phone time has a neck that is misshapen. Blue collar is especially susceptible to a misshapen neck because jobs using hands often require looking down. The most obvious answer to fixing it is spend less time on the phone or quit your job. Second best is to change position in which you use devices. I found the best position to counter the imbalance from looking down, is laying down on belly with pillow tucked under arms/chest. Then position the phone or laptop so that your head is tilted straight or preferably a little back. That position also helps your back stretching and curvature. The position will likely be uncomfortable at first for those not used to it, so try the position a little at a time and slowly extend the length of time.
Indoctrination vs Instilling Values
(3/24/26) Why it matters in the military
The differences between indoctrination and instilling values are especially important within the military and security professions. Indoctrination is basically a method of brainwashing people with true/false statements predetermined. Instilling values is about letting the individual come to the conclusion on their own with a true/false statement. Indoctrination can be done much faster, as little as 6 weeks in boot camp. Instilling values takes a lifetime. When it comes to military shaping people, the indoctrinated ones they make are disposable and are treated as such. Based of experience, fully indoctrinated people in the security profession consistently make bad decisions. The ones with instilled values are simply less likely to make a bad decision. That makes all the difference when it comes time to take action.
Living and existing in a space
(3/20/26) There is a difference
In the U.S., people often boast about how they went to this place or to that one wanting to seem worldly and privileged. Then when asked about what they did in those places, they will start listing off monuments, museums, or other known names. That’s just existing in another place, not living it. Living in any space involves observation and absorption of people, styles and culture. To go from one manicured spot to the next is not living in a space, it is existing in a space. When you listen to someone that is ‘out of touch’ with a people or place, its because they didn’t really experience it. Sometimes it is physical blocks of what they actually viewed, sometimes is it mental blocks of what they want to view. Both are detrimental to really living.
Threatened Pink Adults
(3/19/26) More common than you think
As Orange Guy I have had people paraded around me continually every time I go in public. In the Philippines it become so common to have someone bending over in front of me that I mocked them for identifying people by their bottoms. It’s in the U.S. too. In early February on the flight to Japan from Seattle, just for looking an smiling at at a military woman she was threatened and paraded on the jet. It was baffling how many women were paraded in Japan. I would not have believed the quantity of parading if I didn’t see it myself. It was even happening while sitting at a police station with 5 police men looking out the window. I had males continually paraded in front me in the Thailand jail. This is what is happening: Women in particular are being threatened or coerced in some form to present themselves to a person of interest. Some of it is definitely for semen stealing and selling, I think other parts are for the control factor of the who goes with what. While traveling , the parading of people seemed much too common. The women are often highly distressed for being put in the position, as incidences must happen. People that are distressed and out of place are obvious to me but may not be to others of interest. Or worse, the people of interest don’t care. I find the whole thing disturbing and annoying more than stressful. I’d not even consider taking action. I considered asking a pink person more about their plight a few times, but they were clearly stressed enough. I did learn a little more eventually, but not enough.
Programming People
(3/19/26) The dangers of indoctrination
Indoctrination is essentially training and engraving people with if/then statements. If this happens, then we must do that. That is quite a bit of the issue I’ve experienced over a year now. Dark Green: If we find a person of interest, then we must control. There is nothing else going on upstairs. Indoctrination often carries broken logic that has been embedded in the individual. One must also keep in mind that indoctrination is a process created by people – it mostly does not need to exist. I would say a little bit is necessary in the military and that’s about it. It’s must easier to indoctrinate than reverse the process. I saw a video some months ago from the middle east that also hit. It was a women saying essentially all my children are dead and that’s good because they are in a better place. Obviously she was totally gone. Her children are dead and she has no other coping mechanism beside indoctrination, so she hold onto it firmly literally and figuratively for dear life.
What is Honor
(3/19/26) Holding oneself accountable
In Green (the military), there has been quite a bit of dishonorable actions taken over the last year. Honor is holding oneself accountable for their own action or in-actions in accordance with duty. Worldwide it is Greens duty to protect the citizens from harm. When individuals within Green contribute to Suppression Device functionality, they are dishonorable soldiers, as the devices negatively affect the citizens. It is also dishonorable in Green being an aggressor in international conflict. This is because by bringing negative attention to one’s country, it is also putting ones own citizens (Blue) at risk. Honorable Green never works to suppress Blue.
Measuring up
(3/18/26) Setting standards for oneself
Recently I lost quite a few games of chess. I was was fine with it. Mostly because my goals were met and I was becoming a better player. When setting standards of oneself, always measure against yourself, no one else. Did you handle a situation better than last time? Did you apply yourself more today than yesterday? The last time you did the best you could, can you set that standard higher and do better next time? If you accept mediocrity as who you are, you are essentially declaring to yourself that you are not worth the effort. That’s a sad way to live. In your life set your own goals for improvement and your own standards for what is the best you can be. Everyone else’s measurement is not relevant.
Fear in leadership
(3/17/26) Does it belong?
If one asked me a few years ago whether fear in leadership belongs, I would reply mostly not. I’m still of that opinion. I think fear in leadership with Blue (The People) is a mistake. Leadership charisma, incentives, proper compensation and recognition for good work should be enough to keep Blue moving. I’ve recently needed to get past that road block with Green though. The devices kept getting installed, moved, upgraded and so forth because of fear of official leadership. The only effective fix I’ve been able to come up with is making it worse to follow those orders. There are several issues with fear in leadership; increased stress from being afraid, resentment for the increased stress and less likely to tell the truth for fear of retaliation. I’m confident at this point that’s why some ‘world leaders’ have absolutely no clue what is actually going on in the world. They are surrounded by people that live in fear that have the tendency to keep the ‘leader’ in a bubble. Using fear in leadership should be a last resort, not first.
Swimming underwater
(3/17/26) Two Tips
There are plenty of people that can swim underwater farther and longer than me. I still enjoy it though. There are two tips I can give you to improve the length of time underwater and its enjoyment. First is practice holding your breath. It seems to be a use it or lose it thing. You can always practice holding your breath and walking around a bit. I do that often on land when briefly dealing with a dusty substance I don’t want to breath in. Second is mindset. Being calm is paramount to lasting longer. Easier said than done of course. For me personally the best way of remaining calm underwater is being present and enjoying the experience. Even with diaphragm devices turned on *every* time I go underwater, I still make it across the pool most times. That because ones mind is focused on enjoying the calm rather than focused on running out of air.
Managing Asthma
(3/17/26) An overlooked factor
So I’ve had asthma sine early teens, but was not diagnosed with it until mid-30’s. Asthma is an overreaction of the immune system that leads to throat swelling, of course making it harder to breath. A couple days ago Robyn and I went up and a local hill call the Butte in a respectable time of 1 hour. Besides asthma, that’s with devices turning on the entire time; creating breathing restrictions with diaphragm, blurred vision from devices focused near the eyes and throat swelling from devices. So what is the overlooked factor when managing asthma and breathing in general – being calm. If one is overly excited or anxious the body responds negatively. Calm and confident and the body responds positively. If you have asthma and want to be able to move more, the place to start is calisthenics. Start slow and steady while working up your confidence and remaining calm.
Siesta functionality
(3/16/26) Efficient, not lazy
In the U.S. I’ve generally heard the work siesta used synonymously with lazy. It isn’t lazy and here’s why. A siesta (or break) taken from 1-3pm is a very practical choice in hot climates. Its the hottest part of the day. To take a break then makes sense to keep oneself hydrated when working outside. The other two parts of a siesta at that time are muscle healing and brain resting. The most I’ve gotten out of myself on any given manual labor day have always involved a break and nap. Helps muscles and joints heal as well as a brain reset. Also helps avoid dehydration which can happen easily with manual labor when one is focused on a task.
End of day decisions
(3/16/26) Recognizing fatigue
The most likely time of me making a development and decision mistake is at the end of the day at 5+ hours in. This happens with both doing manual labor or intellectual labor. Decision fatigue sets in as well as it is difficult to absorb and process all inputs in order to make a good decision. Almost every time I’ve done it, I curse myself the next day. Then go reverse what I did at the end of the previous day, as it wasn’t as good as it could be. When faced with a heavy decision and fatigued, at minimal take a break with a distraction or take a nap if plausible. The distraction or nap will allow time for things to settle in. Best is to sleep overnight on it. There is definitely a curve of reduced brain function after about 3-4 continual hours of work. A person is working harder, not smarter after that point.
Optimizing fitness
(3/16/26) Length and frequency
Over the years, I’ve improved and had fitness wane many times. Usually when losing fitness, my priorities were not in order. There are some exceptions with current events with devices. When training for 50k Tour of Anchorage, Robyn and I were doing heavy workouts every other day. Its difficult because to go skate skiing here is 1hr drive each way. I’ve done medium workouts once daily. More recently have done small workouts several times a day. I would say all methods work. The least exhausting and fastest results have been with multiple small workouts per day intertwined with stretching. Sessions range from 10 to 30 minutes. Highly recommended. Once a day works well too, just take a nap afterwards for faster healing. The most exhausting is heavy workouts every other day, though it does yield results.
Developing Good Habits
(3/16/26) Routine, Efficiency and Discipline
Often times a way of learning what works well is learning what doesn’t work well first. Last night I was watching a show and watched it a smidge more than I would have preferred. The next episode was playing automatically. If I had to get up and change disk or press play again, I likely would have watched less. The bad habit was efficient. I’ve found it’s important to make it easy in ones life to stay active. Keep sporting equipment in good repair, accessible and build its use into your routine. For Robyn and I, going to to town for supplies and a physical activity often coincide. For example picking up groceries and playing tennis. Discipline is also an important factor. When on the jail floor in the Philippines, each time I would wake up, I would do a stretch and light work out. My friend next to me woke up on the same floor with the same amount of time to wait in the day, but mostly did not stretch or work out. I left the jail fitter and he left the jail likely a little weaker.
Slippers and Flooring
(3/15/26) Why directional with feet?
My favored pairs of slippers have been felt material, no heel back leather bottom and no left or right foot. The toe box is molded for either foot. I think that is more progressive than slippers with left or right foot. With shoes and boots it makes sense to have a left and right foot for better fitment and less movement of the shoe on your foot. With slippers one is generally not concerned with terrain features and foot movement inside the slipper. So to have no left or right foot dedication, there are less decisions being made to put on the slippers thus increasing the ease of use. They also wear out more evenly. In warmer climates or carpeted floors, barefoot is nice of course. Carpet floors have less durability than hardwood, tile or laminate floors and are harder to clean. So a hard floor without foot dedicated slippers is the most durable and easy to use setup I’ve found thus far. One can always do an accessory rug that can be removed and batted outside.
Winter Boot Modifications
(3/15/26) Nicer to use
There are a few modifications one can do to improve your winter boot, both single and double boot. Mentioned earlier are changing liners. Another tweek is to use the little camming plastic sliders on the laces. That way you don’t need to tie and untie the boots all the time, as I would encourage removal of boots every time when entering your home. Removal of boots at the entry every time will keep your home cleaner and prevent floor damage. As your boots break in over time, they will often have a little slop in movement on the foot. Use that to your advantage and add another flat custom cut foot insert below the insert on single boots, and below the liner on double boots. I’ve used felt, styrofoam and rubber at different times. Depends on what I have available. This will upgrade the boot with allowing less cold seepage from the ground as well as have the boot fit your foot nicer. Especially if you have climbing boots, a little insert below your liner filling the boot will help remove the heel lift that comes with loose boots.
Winter Boot Creation
(3/15/26) Making the best boots
I’ve been fortunate and have been able to use to some nice boots along the way with mountaineering. The nicest ones I’ve had are the Millet Everest ones. They are nice boots. For $60 I currently have warmer and better fitting ones for regular use than those boots. Most commercially made double boots (ones with removable liners) have an inferior liner boot. Everest ones that I used included. The most obtainable and best liner replacements that I’ve found are ski boot liners. My current winter boots I had to shorten the liners, but on Robyn’s boots there was no modification needed. Hers are the super common rubber bottom/leather top type of boot that goes up to mid-calf. The boot needs to be slightly over-sized to accommodate the larger bulk of the ski boot liner. My current boot looks a little rough on the outside, but they make the black bunny boots I use in the shop a joke.
Reprimand vs. Nagging
(3/14/26) To reprimand is to care
For those who get ‘nagged’, it is generally just projected insecurities trying to bring you down. Being nagged is always about not being good enough. That is a partner/family issue, not your issue. A nagger is generally a misguided reprimander. To be reprimanded by someone not misguided for doing something wrong though, that is a good thing. The person that is bothering to reprimand you has shown investment into your well-being and personal growth. That was the mistake I made to go to jail in the Philippines. I invested into trash and got the handcuffs. I assure you the jailers did not get off scot free. I also gained a little wisdom along the way.
Creating Categories
(3/13/26) How organization can be limiting
I’m a big fan of being organized. I like to know where things are and what spot they belong. This works well for material objects as it helps avoid decision fatigue. When it comes to looking for intellectual inspiration, organization often detracts from that. An example is this page. If there was a ‘Politics’ tab, you couldn’t get me to click on it. But because the topics on the are randomized by inspiration, you’ve read about something different today. At some point I’ll add some categories because of too long of a page. I’ll likely make categories like ‘Health’, ‘Finding Parts’, and ‘Acceptance’. That way not too many boxes on one page and the individual won’t be adverse to viewing it.
Cold Climate Diet
(3/12/26) Make some adjustments
Some of the absolute worst I have felt in Alaska is after a few weeks in the winter on Robyn’s default low fat diet. Its clearly indoctrination and not her fault. She will start making more pasta and grain type of food and ween away from meat and fats. This has happened to me a few times over the years when not paying much attention to what I’m eating. At some point of that diet, I can’t stay warm, am exhausted, and have mental degradation. I’ll sit down and think about why I feel like shit and figure it out. One needs sufficient fat intake in cold climate to feel good. I would say at least slightly more than warm climate, much more if you spend the day outside. Every successful polar expedition has likely done the same thing. Some of the ancient Alaska Eskimos would have raw seal fat to eat all winter. This choosing of diet is not by mistake.
Cold acclimation
(3/12/26) Body adaptation to cold
The absolute coldest feeling in Alaska for me is usually in the middle of September. Summer has wound down and there will be a cold snap that is 30f or so that feels extra cold. The more time spent outside moving at that time makes for fastest adaptation to the winter time. It seems to take a week of colder weather for the body to adjust and start producing more heat. By late February, 30f and a little bit of sun is ‘take the jacket off’ weather. When visiting a warm climate and back to Alaska, it feels extra cold again for a bit. I did stumble across and exception. After being put in the jail and continually cooled down in the Philippines, the -6f when walking outside in Alaska did not have the same bite. There is definitely ways to artificially get ones body to adapt to cold.
Traveling Phone Charger
(3/12/26) Versatility in US, Japan and Philippines
For the most versatility when choosing a phone charger, this version seems to work best. A 2- prong power block with voltage input from 100-240v and 50/60hz that has a USB A and USB C outlet. This gives quite a bit of power input options. For cables I had braided 3ft ones USB A-C and USB C-C. I think 4ft-6ft would be a little better for some of the odd places outlets. The braided cables do not put undo tension on items you are charging, as well as wind up better for storage. Some of the jets have only USB A outlets and some only have USB C outlets. So this way you can plug into everything available.
Confrontation
(3/11/26) Natural or learned?
Based of experience, I think human confrontation is learned. For example bullies get better at confrontation from experience. They also use confrontation as a way to mask insecurities and fear. Personally, I improved significantly with confrontation over the past year out of necessity. When there is only a little bit of drama, confrontation is not necessary. When there is continual drama, confrontation is absolutely necessary. There is likely some born with more of a natural inclination toward confrontation. Some cultures promote more confrontation than others. It depends on how they view embarrassment.
Expression: Scratch the Itch
(3/11/26) Positive or negative effects?
Based off the different Asians I have met, the ‘Scratch the Itch’ motion is prevalent in most of Asia. ‘Scratch the Itch” a motion of scratching when looking or pointing at someone in expression of interest of relations and/or sex. One can turn head (left)yes or (right)no. It can also be used to reference another person’s partner. In my case, I often see it when other people have been threatened to do a presentation in front of me, which is abuse of the expression. I also saw it used in reference to Izel as celebrity island talk in the Philippines. I think the expression seems to work as far as clarifying intentions when communicating with another. The U.S. has broken communication of sexual interest quite often, as there isn’t a simple way of showing interest or dis-interest without confrontation.
Picking Good Management
(3/11/26) Some must have abilities
When picking out management in the U.S. the factor with the most weight is profitability. It makes sense when working in the company’s best interest, it does not factor in the worker’s best interest. Some absolutely needed traits for good management in the worker’s best interest is tolerance and empathy. Those traits don’t work in management unless the manager has confrontation abilities as well. Tolerance and empathy in management without confrontation leads to ‘pushovers’ and resentment by the manager.
Hot climate with humidity
(2/27/26) HVAC or Heavy Venting
At the room in the Philippines there is some peeling paint on the walls and ceiling that is humidity related. It is warm climate on the ocean, so is always a humid environment. It is cost prohibitive to do an HVAC system with an air exchange removing humidity, though that would work. A manual way is to open the windows with screens on every sunny day, closing at night time. This place has 25+ huts, that would be a pain. A dehumidifier would work, but also increase expenses and maintenance. A reasonable middle for this building would be using one of the wax rods that can open and close a vent with a vent installed up high near the ridge. That style vent often used on greenhouses. This would create automatic venting on sunny days, keeping the huts as dry as possible.
Misses by Popular Media
(2/27/26) What could be better
Lots of movies and fiction novels focus on created people drama. Usually something is concealed by other characters surrounding the main character, then the drama ensues. Its a miss because those same movies and novels could focus on increasing emotional intelligence rather than perpetuating foolishness. My favored writer with emotional intelligence is Robyn Hobb. She does a great job in the novels with inter-character relations while telling an enjoyable story. If there were more writers like her, people would be learning appropriate behavior while also appreciating the story. Learning should not be boring, people make it that way.
Gangs
(2/24/26) Why join one?
The people joining the gangs don’t have the same opportunities as other places in the world. Gang members have often not completed school, or if they have, it isn’t enough to open doors for a good job. Also gangs offer brotherhood in a lonely world. The affiliation give one sense of purpose and belonging, though incredibly misguided. The way to break down street gangs is training and support for a legitimate businesses. Thus they can retain the brotherhood, but have better sense of purpose. They may even mean unconventional jobs like a mural of tagging. (fancy characters and pictures with spray paint) Properly paying manual labor is a good way to keep gang members occupied. Something to do and funding for luxuries. They will require much more input than a standard laborer, but that is a better alternative than street violence and jail time. Would cost a lot less too.
Drug Cartel Solutions
(2/24/26) Conventional approaches don’t work
The conventional approach to drug cartes involves using military and police to battle it out on occasion as well as catching smugglers. This doesn’t work. That’s because there is a supply and demand issue that has not been addressed. The demand side questions are, “Who is buying the drugs?” “Can we lessen the want for drugs at that location?” “Can we legalize the drugs at the demand location, thus no longer needing smugglers?”. The supply side questions “Why did people join the cartels in the first place?” (Answer: lack of options). I thought for a bit maybe working on de-funding cartels might work, but that wouldn’t work because it would bring them back to the same issue: lack of options. The people in the cartels need more options than selling drugs and violence, probably many would chose otherwise.
Building redundancy with accounts
(2/24/26) How not to get blocked out of email accounts
I utilize 2 main providers, in my case Microsoft and Google. The recovery email on each goes to the other company. Both companies also have the Authenticator apps. I mentioned before on not having 2fa with phone numbers because of regular lock outs. The Authenticator apps work well in combination with redundant email address. There are still in-betweens from the account user (me) and service provider, but at least they still work.
Phone number 2fa
(2/24/26) It doesn’t belong
I’ve long been a believer that a phone number two factor authentication is not good. My accounts had that because some require it and some I didn’t have a better plan. 2Fa with phone number just simply means that the person looking for authentication is in current possession of the phone number. My phone numbers have all been cut out at least once. Currently 1 AT&T fully gone, the other AT&T regularly cut out with disabling on access to the account. The Google Voice is blocked on one account and has been locked out on the other several other times on the other. I’ve removed phone 2fa as much as possible in favor of Authenticator app 2fa. It seems to hold up better.
More money and more sex
(2/23/26) More is not always better
The U.S. population generally values money above all else. Power is somewhere in there too. The quantity of Pink People I’ve experienced in Asia so far is suggestive of quantity of partners is an aspiration. Neither goal will lead to personal life satisfaction. Life satisfaction comes from finding ones own values and pursuing those. More money and sex are values people are told is important. They did not come to that conclusion independently. For my own satisfaction, growing as a person is most important. The lowest points of my life are when I am not growing.
Choosing a sawmill in rural areas
(2/22/26) Reliability and versatility
So after seeing a decent amount of rough cut chainsaw created lumber in the Philippines, here are some ways to improve up on it. Using a chainsaw to create lumber is versatile and portable that allows cutting logs into lumber on site. Some guides on the the chainsaw will be helpful. The downsides are the unreliability of chainsaws, its large cutting width, and high maintenance. If you do go that route, consider and adze for the finish work of the lumber. An adze looks like a mattock but works like a planing tool. A stationary reliable method is the circular mill. It has a carriage that moves back and forth, bringing the log through the blade. There is quite a few power options for that type of mill such as windmill, water turbine, electric motor, or internal combustion engine. The downside is that the logs must be transported to the mill.
Perception and Reception
(2/21/26) Appearances can be deceiving
As someone who has come across professionals that look the role and are totally incompetent as well as professionals that dress casual and are completely capable, I don’t judge a book by its cover. I’ve always dressed low-key myself to attract less attention, lately it does not help of course. When someone judges me by appearance, I’ve found they are not worth talking to. I have taken it a bit far when younger. Wearing work clothes in town actually creates issues with perception. It’s worth changing ones clothes to cleaner ones. The idea of ‘dress to success’ is just trying to fill the void of insecurity. Clean and presentable is reasonable.
Picking light bulb colors
(2/20/26) Orange or white or in-between
Lighting can really help to make a nice atmosphere or make it not pleasant. I think Scandinavia has it down with the house lighting. The pictures I’ve seen are indirect orange color in the housing. The direct light can be harsh on the eyes. I modeled the lighting in Alaska after that. There are some overhead globes I painted the inside of them to dampen the direct light. On the lights that you can pick the direction, they are orange and I generally point them at the walls. The light I found best for workspace is the bright white light. It is harsher on comfort, but workspaces generally are.
Myth: Conquering a opposition territory is expansion
(2/20/26) Why it never really works
The idea of conquering an opposition territory to have a countries border expand has never really worked. When nation states first formed is the exception to that rule. ‘Conquering’ and opposition territory is impractical because it just becomes a constant drain on resources. Even if the ‘conquering’ country does fly its flag and change the colors on the map, the people will not agree. This inevitably creates resistance movements and increased costs to occupy that territory. They generally will keep working on breaking free again. When nation states first formed, the people must have agreed that a bigger unity is beneficial, otherwise they would have worked on breaking them down again.
Myth: Slim Laptops are more fit
(2/19/26) The cost of a slim Laptop
So when I was looking around to replace an old laptop, the slim units did not get me excited. I fixed the hinges on one somewhat recently and the lcd did not even have a bezel holding it in, just double sided tape. The slimmer laptops make compromises on ports, battery life, durability and versatility. I settled on a few Panasonic CF-31 units and fitted nice hardware, then spent the time to troubleshoot Ubuntu and get everything working nice. They have lots of expansion spots, can take a data SIM card, built in GPS, 6hrs+ battery life, water resistance, and repairable. Slim units are built to be thrown away. Unfortunately in my scenario U.S. shitbags came along and broke all the software in it. That would have happened on a slim to though.
Phone Plan vs Prepaid
2/19/26) Depends on use
I’ve had both a cellular plan and prepaid phone line. The plans can work well for heavy phone users, but for me it is overpriced. I also don’t like the x year commitment on the plans. What is the benefit to the user? None. For some reason the prepaid phones are often considered ‘lesser’. Still can’t figure that out. When you prepay the phone, there is no further liability incurred. It also gives the most amount of options for swapping providers, numbers, and phones. So yes, I prefer the ‘lesser’ option.
Clothing and Bedding Material
(2/19/26) Synthetics and natural
I’ve come to the conclusion that for clothing material, plastics and synthetic materials actually work really well. Polyester, nylon, spandex fit into those categories. They generally last a long time, dry quicker, and do move with the body a bit better. Cotton is a classic material, but doesn’t compare in those categories. The natural materials that do seem to work really well are wool and felt (mashed wool). Socks that are a synthetic/wool blend are pretty good. Wool blanket is second best blanket, down is best.
What is the Orange Guy looking for?
(2/18/26) Moon landing spot
The U.S. tried to kill me for over a year now. My enthusiasm in helping the U.S. at all has obviously waned. Looking for a place to land and get set up. The Philippines may or may not be it. They have at east spent less time trying to kill me here. Wherever the Orange Guy lands will bring positive change for certain.
Tips for being threatened by soldiers
(2/18/26) When around Orange Guy
Its fine to be concerned ad manage as best as one can. Its not fine to go above and beyond and be full retard. If you are threatened by soldiers around the Orange Guy, just say so. It will be traced back and the soldiers and instigators will be killed.
Suppression Device Protection
(2/18/26) Active and Passive
There are a few methods of Suppression Device protection. Passive protection is when no other input is required. The best values I have found for passive protection: aluminum Screens on windows, faraday cage hat, weighted blankets. The best values for active protection: sine wave generator on phone, sine wave generator on pc with USB powered speakers (no bluetooth as it gets taken down).
Car Suppression Device Defense
(2/18/26) Car audio
I had excellent results with putting in an inexpensive car deck with inputs. Mine has 3.5mm aux input, USB input, and Bluetooth input. I upgraded the speakers in my older vehicle to inexpensive ones that have tweeters. The tweeters are what can do sine wave in pulse form the best.
Linux Suppression Device Defense
(2/18/26) Sine wave generator Ubuntu 24
There is a way to have your pc on Linux create sine waves with terminal. This is how I was able to determine 50,000hz seems to work best. I messed with the settings a bit and it was most effective. Use these two lines (remove dollar sign): $sudo apt-get install ffmpeg $ffplay -nodisp -f lavfi -i “sine=f=50000”
How to know your phone is hacked
(2/18/26) Things to look for
Your phone is likely hacked when odd software issues start occurring. My Gmail block list has no blocked users, even after I block something and check. Windows will close erratically. If you hold your app next to someone else’s with the same version, it should have the same features. Different buttons or features have disappeared in almost every app at one point or another for me. There is often odd loops formed in the apps where one can’t go further on an account creation.
Picking out a phone
(2/18/26) Getting the most versatility
The most versatile phone setup I have found to be is this: Dual Sim phone, International unlocked, auto-data switching. The dual sim can be e-sim or physical, both have pros and cons. In my predicament, physical sim is better. International unlocked phones have more features than U.S. unlocked. Auto-data switching is a Samsung term that allows using your home phone number with an international sim. Mine’s broken of course.
Form of Government
(2/18/26) It doesn’t matter
There are any shapes and sizes of nation-state governments. The retards in the U.S. are continually taught communism is evil. I imagine its the opposite teachings in the communist countries. Dictatorships could work in theory, the problem is the type of individual attracted to the position, not the for of government itself. My tip is to spend less time labeling and more time reviewing what benefits regular people the most and creates the best quality of life.
Poor posture
(2/18/26) Reversing effects
I generally had better posture for 5+ years prior to the retards coming along. Then in the last year I did a lot of neck bent, hunched type posture working on things just trying to exist. The best way to get some of that posture back is change how you look at your phone or pc. The best way is laying down on your belly, pillow between elbows and chest, and head bent back looking forward. It will be uncomfortable at first if your posture is really bad, just do it for slightly increasing durations in that scenario.
Coming back from emaciation
(2/18/26) What to do and not to do
Having had non-functioning digestive system 6+ times, non-working kidneys 2+ times and full on emaciation 2 times in the last year (done by U.S.), here are some tips. Continue moving some and stretching, change diet to much more fat and oils. Stay away from flour based baked goods and anything with large quantities of sugar. Some soda fine, but take it easy. I ate almost solely fried foods for 3 days for quick healing. Then balance out diet a little more with rice, fruits, eggs and fish/meat.
How to eat healthy
(2/18/26) Mostly learning what not to eat
Lots of things called foods are simply not. Soda, cookies, pastries, syrups and heavy sugar additives. They have essentially no nutritional value. That doesn’t stop me from eating them sometimes like everyone else. They can’t be your main diet and remain healthy though. Flour or rice based anything should not be the main portion of your meal. Japan seems to grasp that. Emulate that diet with your own preferences and local food availability.
Pink Children (Child Molestation)
(2/18/26) Domination and Forbidden
The two main reasons for child molestation are likely domination and being forbidden. The standard child molester is subservient to adults and has desire for domination. Unfortunately that can be achieved through child molestation. The forbidden aspect of child molestation is attractive to those without self-control with sociopathic tendencies. They ‘deserve’ whatever is forbidden.
(3/19/26) When traveling I came across several adults with completely broken views on sex. They were Pink children. If you are reading this and are/were a pink child – you have every right to be angry. The world let you down. Don’t let the anger define you.
