This was written in late 2025. I might improve upon it later, but it is decent as it is. Formatting issues remain because of posting this while getting smashed in the head, while in a Thai jail, with people creating distractions, while retards keep fucking with the hacked P.C. I am using.

Step 1
Clean up Military

This is the first step because your military is the highest level of enforcement. The country’s standards must be highest for the military. They are the beginning of your fix.

Step 2
Clean up Federal Police

In our scenario they are call FBI, CIA, NSA, TSA, ICE…etc. They are the second highest level of enforcement. When the federal police are corrupt, it enables corrupt politicians. It also enables corrupt State and Local police.

Step 3
Clean up some Corporations

Now there is active antagonism by Corporations. Things are changing, they are trying to prevent it. They cannot. Corporate ownership of people is coming to an end.

There are 2 aspects to approach from. Operations side and financial side. If there are lots of options, financial side is quicker and safer. If there are less options, approaching from operations side will work.

Step 4
Clean up some Fake News Creators

It is not a good plan to halt a news network as it sets a bad precedent. A network that is constantly spewing fake news will have a corrupt top. The two benefits of fake news is money and control. Control is acquired by giving misdirection. This misdirection is reinforced continually to attempt to make it true.

Step 5
Clean up next 2 levels of enforcement: 3rd State Police and 4th Local Police

Corrupt Federal Police allows for corrupt State\Territory and Local Police. We need all levels of enforcement to be improved.

Step 6
Increase transparancy

The biggest weakness of corruption is transparency. Its strength come from concealment.

Step 7
Taxes

Only ultra-wealthy people benefit from convoluted taxes. Some mid-level people are convinced they do, not realizing what the wealthiest are doing.

Step 8
State and Federal Treasuries\Money Issuers

One would think there would be sufficient checks and balances on the main account holders at the Federal and State level. Based off experience, that does not seem to be the case.

Step 9
Digital Transparency

In a time of satellite imagery, cell phones, GPS tracking and evolved hacking, it doesn’t really work to conceal configuration files and software within an organization. The approach has not evolved with the times.

Step 10
Financial Institutions: Banks and Brokers and Checks

The Financial Institutions are on supply side of corrupt financial and operational abilities. They are major contributors to world’s problems. Though not always the originators.

The checking systems need to work properly to maintain financial system functionality.

Step 11
Soft Reset of Financial System

The goal is to fix quite a bit of your country’s financial system in one shot. This will help give freedoms and remove stress from regular people.

Step 12
Criminal Prosecution/Indictment System

When the Criminal Prosecution/Indictment system is corrupt, the people that most deserve to be penalized are not. Time is spent on chasing petty thieves/crimes rather than the bigger picture instigators.

Step 13
Judges

When Judges are corrupt, indicted instigators do not get punished. You probably noticed that wealthy people seem to do whatever they want without penalty before this series. Instigators and wealthy people are not inherently synonymous. It does happen quite often. Likely because of the broken values it takes to become ultra-wealthy. Those broken values with additional funding creates the mess of corruption.

Step 14
Politicians

Politicians are last because they have damaged the entire system around them for their own personal welfare. This is consistent with any form of Government.

Step 1

Your lower ranks know about many of the issues present. They cannot fix it. You must at least partially enable them to fix it.

Do these steps in this order:

  1. Rearrange Ranks
    You have a bunch of official and unofficial ranks. They need to be rearranged to match.
  2. Enable Suspension
    Your lower ranks need to be enabled to suspend a higher rank when suspected of corruption. If found not corrupt, put the higher rank back. If found corrupt, permanently remove.

3.Request
Create a minor request in a certain time frame. The request needs to be reasonable. An example is having a marked car drive down a given road in 2 hours. If it isn’t completed, remove top rank.

4.Unexplained Deposits
Look for large unexplained deposits on the upper ranks. There is always the issue of hidden bank accounts. Clues can be gathered by lavish lifestyle.

5.Corporate\Company associations
Look for associations with known corrupt companies. This can be be done with recent contacts as well as email and phone calls. It primarily gives clues. A lot of contact with a company does not inherently mean the person is corrupted. A lot of contact with a company and with a corrupt person within the company – likely corrupt.

  1. Elections
    Rising by rank works; up to a certain point. Somehow the entire top section can be corrupted. An appointee is not a good way to go about it either. It assumes the appointer is solid. If the top can be elected within, they can exit out of a corrupted entire top section.

Continue this process until military functions.

Step 2

The goal is to clean up the Federal Police with the Military. No one else can do it, which is why military needs to be fixed first.

If the Military remains engaged with the Federal Police, there is risk of accidentally creating an Autocracy.

Rules of Engagement:

  1. Specific Time Limit

There must be a time limit set so the Police and Military do not become bound. Lets allow 3 days per agency.

  1. Checks and Balances

We don’t want to make the Police force worse by accident. Each individual accused of corruption needs to be rechecked by several independents.

  1. How to check if the agency is working in the future

Ask several lower level agents if they feel like they are enabled to look and find corruption. If the answer is no – the agency still does not work.

  1. Repeat

After initial 3 day engagement, give several weeks to allow agency to sort itself out. If your checks give clues to issues, re-engage.

  1. Issues

If there is issues with disengagement remove the entire top of Military, then disengage. Repeat as needed.

  1. Cyclical check

After initial cleanup and possible secondary cleanup a cyclical check needs to be instituted on a time interval basis. 3 months is a good start. Every 3 months the Military inspects the Federal Police to ensure they are working.

Possible issues: The Military should not become entwined with the Federal Police. The Federal Police need to be able to operate on their own. Another possible issue is corrupt liaison officers in which the Military is told the Federal Police are working but actually aren’t.

Step 3

The goal is to clean up some of the Corporations with the Military. Ideally Federal Police are doing this. They need more time because they have just been repaired.

Pick the top 30 or so worse problem creators and head into those. The problem creators are the ones that are buying politicians, military, and police. Since the receiving end has been worked on, it is necessary to work on the supply end of financials and operations.

If the Military remains engaged with the Corporations, there is risk of accidentally creating more corruption.

Rules of Engagement:

  1. Specific Time Limit

There must be a time limit set so the Police and Corporations do not become bound. Lets allow 1 day per Corporation.

  1. Checks and Balances of Individuals

We don’t want to make the Corporation worse by accident. Each individual accused of corruption needs to be rechecked by several independents. Then fired or more if needed.

  1. Checking Data Corruption

Full on enter servers looking for audio or other data recordings that don’t belong, financials that are not correct, accounts that have been purposely damaged.

  1. How to check if the company is working in the future

Company does not need to actually work. It just needs to stop buying government. This should help get capitalism back, as the non-working company is forced to merge or fail. The non-working companies remain in existence because they bought people in government.

  1. Repeat

After initial 1 day engagement, give several days to allow agency to sort itself out. If your checks give clues to issues, re-engage.

  1. Issues

If there is issues with disengagement remove the entire top of Military, then disengage. Repeat as needed.

  1. Cyclical check

After initial cleanup and possible secondary cleanup a cyclical check needs to be instituted on a time interval basis.

  1. Maintenance

Every week or so, have military ride on the Company/Corporation that has bought the most government\military. This will keep the military from being bought again and thus the entire rest of the lineup.

Step 4

The goal is to clean up some of the Fake News Creators with the Military. Ideally Federal Police are doing this. They need more time because they have just been repaired.

If the Military remains engaged with the Fake News Creators, there is risk of accidentally creating more corruption.

There will be less fake news when the corrupt top is removed. The goal being to lower Fake News from say 95% to 50%. Preferably more. The worst ones will never really be fixed, but will at show improvement.

Rules of Engagement:

There must be a time limit set so the Police and Fake News Creators do not become bound. Lets allow 1 day per Fake News Creators.

  1. Checks and Balances of Individuals

We don’t want to make the Fake News Creators worse by accident. Each individual accused of corruption needs to be rechecked by several independents. Then fired or more if needed.

Step 5

The goal is to clean up the State and Local Police with the Military. Ideally Federal Police are doing this, but they have just been worked on. More corruption can be caught within the Federal Police by gaining clues at the lower levels.

If the Military remains engaged with the Police, there is risk of accidentally creating an Autocracy.

Rules of Engagement:

  1. Specific Time Limit

There must be a time limit set so the Police and Military do not become bound. Lets allow 2 days for State Police. Lets allow 1 day on Local Police.

  1. Checks and Balances

We don’t want to make the Police force worse by accident. Each individual accused of corruption needs to be rechecked by several independents.

  1. How to check if the agency is working in the future: Done by Federal Police

Ask several lower level agents if they feel like they are enabled to look and find corruption. If the answer is no – the agency still does not work.

  1. Repeat

After initial engagements, give several weeks to allow agency to sort itself out. If your checks give clues to issues, Federal Police needs to resolve. If Federal Police do not resolve, have Military work on Federal Police.

  1. Issues

If there is issues with disengagement remove the entire top of Military, then disengage. Repeat as needed.

  1. Cyclical check

After initial cleanup and possible secondary cleanup a cyclical check needs to be instituted on a time interval basis. 3 months is a good start. Every 3 months the Federal Police inspects the State and Local Police to ensure they are working.

Possible issues: The Military should not become entwined with the Police force. The State and Local Police force need to be able to operate on their own. Another possible issue is corrupt liaison officers in which the Federal Police is told the State and Local Police are working but actually aren’t.

Step 6

  1. Collect information on corrupt officials with supporting documentation and give to allies.The goal is to create a chain reaction. They can chose to reciprocate or not. They will likely work with other allies. The reaction will not be possible to stop.
  2. Improve data networks to have more transparency in I.T. Concealment is done with tiers. The upper tier witholds relevant information to lower tiers on whats wrong with software and configuration.

Write access needs to be restricted to keep networks working properly. Increasing Read access to configuration and firmware will improve transparency and people can see when something is wrong.

When something is found wrong, there must be a sufficient method of reporting it. Often reports are concealed, find a way of solving that.

Taxes

Step 7

The goal is to clean up tax system corruption with the Military. Ideally Federal Police are doing this. They need more time because they have just been repaired.

The tax system is on supply side of corrupt financial and operational abilities. There are 3 main parts to this system. The politicians that create the convoluted taxes. You have started working on that with previous step. The other 2 major parts are the tax preparation companies encouraging convoluted taxes and the improper collection of taxes itself by the collection agency.

If the Military remains engaged with the tax system, there is risk of accidentally creating more corruption.

Rules of Engagement:

  1. Specific Time Limit

There must be a time limit set so the Military/Police and tax parts do not become bound. Lets allow 1 day per Tax preparation company. Allow 2 days for the Federal tax collection agency. Allow 1 day for the State collection agency.

Our Federal agency is the IRS. The state agencies vary by state.

We don’t want to make the company and tax collection agencies worse by accident. Each individual accused of corruption needs to be rechecked by several independents. Then fired or more if needed.

The goal is to clean up money issuance corruption with the Military. Ideally Federal Police are doing this at the state level. Military should be doing this at the Federal Level, as it is paramount to keeping a country functioning.

The money issuance issues is on supply side of corrupt financial and operational abilities. Mostly we need to make sure money issuance is going to where it is agreed upon. Nowhere else.

If the Military remains engaged with the money system, there is risk of accidentally creating more corruption.

Rules of Engagement:

  1. Specific Time Limit

There must be a time limit set so the Military\Police and money parts do not become bound. Lets allow 1 day per State Treasuries. Allow 2 days for the Federal system. Allow 1 day for the State collection agency.

Our Federal agency is the Federal Reserve and Treasury. The state agencies vary by state I imagine.

  1. Checks and Balances of Individuals

We don’t want to make the money handling agencies worse by accident. Each individual accused of corruption needs to be rechecked by several independents. Then fired or more if needed.

  1. Checking Data and People Corruption

  1. Preparation

Prepare the Federal system to do large loans to banks. These loans will be with interest. They will help re-establish the the order on which things should work.

  1. How to check if the company is working in the future

The State and Federal money issuance agencies do need to work. Ask several lower level agents if they feel like they are enabled to look and find corruption and money is going where it is supposed to go. If the answer is no – the agency still does not work.

  1. Repeat

  1. Issues

If there is issues with disengagement remove the entire top of Military, then disengage. Repeat as needed.

  1. Cyclical check

Every 3 months the Federal Police inspects the State money issuance institutions to ensure they are working.

Step 9
Digital Transparency

There should be tiered access to modifications, but reasonable openness of read-only access within the organization. This will ensure your data is going where it is intended and nowhere else. This will keep intellectual property more secure.

Linux works this way. There is write access for personal use and read-only on the bigger picture. Then as fixes are approved and implemented, the software becomes more secure.

People already know that some cell phones and devices are re-routed for monitoring by approved organizations. When access is opened, it will ensure devices are not re-routed to improper organizations.

A country’s capabilities worldwide are not increased by mistrust. They are increased by creating trust and fairness.

Which is better. Using your phone or pc and wondering if someone is stealing from it. Or using your phone or pc and not have to wonder if someone is stealing from it?

Improve the software and routing across the board. Apply this concept to the Military, Government Entities, Utilities and Telecommunications.

Financial Institutions: Banks and Brokers

Step 10

The goal is to clean up Financial Institution corruption with the Military. Ideally Federal Police are doing this. There are still too many people bought to have them do it.

If the Military remains engaged with the Financial Institutions, there is risk of accidentally creating more corruption.

The Financial Institutions consist of entities such as Banks, Mortgage Brokers, and Stock Brokers

The goal is to check on the operational side of the Financial Institutions. Do they have proper reserves? Did they make up money out of thin air? What politicians have they bought?

It is important to maintain liquidity throughout the venture. It can be maintained by loans with interest from the Money Issuer. In our case the Federal Reserve. This will enable the repair and beginning of unwinding of issues without halting the financial system

Have the Military ride on the top 20 largest institutions as well as the Government Financial Check System.

Rules of Engagement:

  1. Specific Time Limit

There must be a time limit set so the Military and Financial Institutions do not become bound. Lets allow 1 day per Financial Institution and Government Financial Check Agencies.

  1. Checks and Balances of Individuals

We don’t want to make the Financial Institutions worse by accident. Each individual accused of corruption needs to be rechecked by several independents. Then fired or more if needed.

  1. Checking Data and People Corruption

There are supposed checks built in to each financial system. Those Government Financial Check System people are bought. That’s why it doesn’t work. Those checks also need to be repaired.

If there is issues with disengagement remove the entire top of Military, then disengage. Repeat as needed.

  1. Cyclical check

After initial cleanup and possible secondary cleanup a cyclical check needs to be instituted on a time interval basis. Have Military check on the Government Financial Check Agencies. Have Federal Police check on the Financial institutions.

  1. Maintenance

Every 3 months the Military inspects the Government Financial Check Agencies to ensure they are working. Every 3 months the Federal Police inspects the Financial institutions to ensure they are working.

Soft Reset of Financial System

Step 11

The goal is to do a Soft Reset of Financial System with the Military. Ideally Federal Police are doing this. There are still too many people bought to have them do it.

If the Military remains engaged with the engaged Financial Institutions, there is risk of accidentally creating more corruption.

Wealthy people also large quantities of currency as a form to maintain control. If you are always a little bit short, then you will continue to chase more. As you chase more currency, you end up distracted of the root issues. The root issue is that you are always a little bit short. If people had sufficient money to exist without worrying or stressed, it is not possible to maintain such control.

Your type of Government does not really matter. Most, if not all, will work well enough. All people have the same goals: To be happy and healthy. Wealthy people teach you the wrong things to keep you distracted and disoriented. They want to keep people bickering so that you don’t find the root issue. This is probably why politics are so polarized. Keep regular people distracted while wealthy people benefit.

A country’s debt should only be accrued during high expense times only. Examples are or war time or large infrastructure improvements. When National Debt is accrued during regular times, it is because your country’s tax structure is broken. Wealthy people design tax structure to benefit themselves and to keep you distracted.

Your tax structure needs to affect Wealthy people directly. They can also be used to limit the size and power of the largest companies. Companies should not be damaged: They are your country’s money farms. Allow them to grow. Then begin harvesting when they get to an appropriate size. There will also always be more people chasing wealth. This is normal. They just need to be taxed appropriately at a certain stage.

Restructure your taxes based off a sliding income scale. The lowest 1/3 of people and companies should not be taxed at all. They will spend nearly all income earned, which will help keep your currency moving. When it is heavily collected by Wealthy people at the top, it doesn’t move enough. Then your Money Issuers repeatedly issue more currency to try to keep money moving again. This negatively affects regular people the most. Eventually it gets really bad and a currency needs to be reset.

Most times a currency needs to be reset it is because of National Debt abuse. Generally the National Debt climbs really high, more money is made and circulated to compensate for increased spending, then eventually people lose faith in the currency. Some examples are Zimbabwe and post World War 1 – Germany. Different reasons of why this happened, but the end result is the same. The root issue remains: Wealthy people create the National Debt abuse through corruption. Regular people are too distracted to notice. Those currency issues affect regular people the most.

When there isn’t made up currency, all National Debt and National Currency should add up to zero.

Eventually Regular people get fed up and have a Revolutions. The problem with a Revolution is that it is like running a car until it is totally broken, then getting a new one. Your maintenance issue still exists. Your country’s car needs to work like a classic. Keep fixing it every time it has issues, as well as have a regular maintenance cycle.

A country’s enemies are also created by wealthy people. Regular people are taught the opposing country is full of evil people. They are not. Look around at who instigated all of your foreign wars: Wealthy people. The Regular people always pay for it, of course. War mongering companies are the ones who benefit the most.

Here’s how to fix it:
Have the Military ride on your country’s largest Financial Institutions. Investigate the top 1% of people at each Financial Institution. If they are corrupt enough to have earned life in prison – seize 100% of their assets. Get them life in prison or more. There are convoluted financial vehicles that exist. Make sure the companies that created those vehicles are stuck with them and not your country’s Treasury. This will help prevent more of these convoluted contraptions from getting created in the future.

It is important to maintain liquidity throughout the venture. It can be maintained by loans with interest from the Money Issuer. In our case the Federal Reserve. This will enable the repair and beginning of unwinding of issues without halting the financial system. It will also contribute to the Financial Institutions owing your Treasury.

What to do with the assets:
Look at the previous owner’s Nationality. We’ll call Nationality the time where they spent their life living. With split Nationalities, split assets accordingly. Apply the assets directly towards the National Debt of the person’s Nationality. If you have a country refuting to do that, put it towards your own.

This method will help healing between individual countries. It also established oneself as fair.

Why National Debt:
National Debt is inarguable as it is already accrued. This will fix quite a few problems that you are having. Interest payments will be reduced because of a lower debt principal. A Country can acquire new debt for things like infrastructure. The crooked individual can no longer buy people or institutions.

Temporary issues created:
Some crooked institutions will be heavily burdened with debt and eventually fold. They will likely just get bought by another.

There will likely be some heavy selling pressure in the Stock Market. This will push down prices. It is not inherently a bad thing. Don’t sell your holdings.

Slow down in demand for luxury goods. This is also fine. Luxury goods in general are not really worth making. There will be some adjustments as people find something else to make.

  1. Checks and Balances of Individuals

We don’t want to make the Good Wealthy individuals to be penalized. Not all are bad. Each individual accused of corruption needs to be rechecked by several independents. Then jailed or more if needed.

  1. Checking Data and People Corruption

Review the top 1% individuals periodically. Maybe every 4 years or so. Repeat the process. This will incentivize wealthy people to stay clean. They have no incentive otherwise.

  1. Issues

Step 12

The goal is to clean up the Criminal Prosecution/Indictment System with the Military. Not much else can do it. Ideally Federal Police are doing it regularly. Often times things are just too broken.

If the Military remains engaged with the Criminal Prosecution System, bad things are allowed to happen with no recourse.

The Criminal Prosecution System should be cleaned up three places. Within the Military itself, State/Territory Level and Federal Level.

We don’t want to make the Criminal Prosecution system worse by accident. Each individual accused of corruption needs to be rechecked by several independents.

  1. Examples of Things to look for

Prosecutors that work on the buddy system and neglecting prosecution of instigators. Grand juries that are convinced to indict people with false evidence. Buying of any of people involved. The military will use rank pressure for corruption, look around for that.

  1. How to check if the agency is working in the future

Ask several lower level people of the Prosecution system if they feel like they are enabled to look and help prosecute corruption. If the answer is no – the agency still does not work.

  1. Cyclical check

After initial cleanup and possible secondary cleanup a cyclical check needs to be instituted on a time interval basis. 3 months is a good start. Every 3 months the Military inspects the its own system and Federal Prosecution/Indictment system to ensure they are working. Every 3 months the Federal Police inspects the State or Territory Prosecution/Indictment system to ensure they are working.

  1. Issues

If there is issues with disengagement remove the entire top of Military, then disengage. Repeat as needed.

  1. Exemption
    Orange guy is exempted from the Monkey Poop artillery-firing Court System. Removal all cases and starts of cases.

Step 13

The goal is to clean up the Judges with the Military. Not much else can do it. Ideally Federal Police are doing it regularly. Often times things are just too broken.

If the Military remains engaged with the Judges, bad things are allowed to happen with no recourse.

The Judges should be cleaned up three places. Within the Military itself, State/Territory Level and Federal Level.

Rules of Engagement:

  1. Specific Time Limit

There must be a time limit set so the two do not become bound. Lets allow 1 day per agency.

  1. Checks and Balances

We don’t want to make the Judge selection worse by accident. Each individual accused of corruption needs to be rechecked by several independents.

  1. Examples of Things to look for

Judges that continually dismiss cases of instigators. Judges that work on the buddy system and neglecting prosecution of instigators. Judges that half craft laws to suppress people. Buying of any of people involved. The military will use rank pressure for corruption, look around for that.

  1. How to check if the agency is working in the future

Ask several lower level people of the Judge system if they feel like they are enabled to look and help prosecute corruption. If the answer is no – the agency still does not work.

  1. Cyclical check

After initial cleanup and possible secondary cleanup a cyclical check needs to be instituted on a time interval basis. 3 months is a good start. Every 3 months the Military inspects the its own system and Federal Judges to ensure they are working. Every 3 months the Federal Police inspects the State or Territory Judges to ensure they are working.

  1. Issues

If there is issues with disengagement remove the entire top of Military, then disengage. Repeat as needed.

  1. Exemption

Step 14

The goal is to clean up Politics with all information gathered. The Military should share information gathered about corrupt politicians with the Federal Police, State Police and the Indictment systems. This way they processing can being again.

Special Elections\Appointments can occur after each indictment.

Examples of Things to look for

Politicians that have accepted money directly or services directly outside of approved conditions. Politicians that have rigged elections or lied for a appointment. Politicians that have heavily worked on suppression laws. Politicians that have actively engaged in actions beyond their position.
